We have someone to clear the driveway and the porches - the plow will automatically schedule after 4 inches. For any concerns about snow removal, you may contact Concierge.

The mountains are home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bears. Use caution and adhere to our provided food/trash policies.

There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from the Wander app. Our Wander Concierge will support over text but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience. Please note this functionality is in beta and we are constantly adding improvements.

Air conditioning is limited and only available in the kitchen, which can cool the whole house slowly. We provide portable fans that can be used to stay cool and comfortable during warmer months.

This home is in a growing neighborhood, with new homes being built around it. You may hear or experience construction in warmer months. Wander Concierge is happy to answer any questions or concerns.

Prior to booking Wander Tahoe Slopes, note that snow chains and a 4x4 vehicle are essential for winter driving to the property to avoid difficulties accessing the location and unsafe road conditions. Please prepare accordingly to ensure a safe and hassle-free journey.
